Orders cancelled before processing, procurement, packaging, or dispatch may be eligible for full cancellation without penalty.

Approval remains at the sole discretion of ChemiSphere.

3. Cancellation After Processing

If an order has already been processed, packed, scheduled for delivery, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases, customers may be responsible for:

4. Special-Order and Non-Stock Items

Orders placed for customized, special-order, imported, made-to-order, or non-stock products cannot generally be cancelled once procurement has commenced.

Any costs incurred by ChemiSphere prior to cancellation may be charged to the customer.

Customers wishing to modify quantities, product specifications, delivery locations, or delivery schedules should contact us immediately.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where cancellation is approved and payment has already been received:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
  • Any applicable handling, banking, procurement, transportation, or restocking charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Cancellation by ChemiSphere

ChemiSphere Building Materials & General Trading LLC reserves the right to cancel an order under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Supplier shortages
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled by ChemiSphere after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued.

ChemiSphere shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:
