ChemiSphere supplies construction chemicals, building materials, waterproofing systems, flooring solutions, tiling materials, sealants, grouts, repair materials, and related products. Product availability may vary depending on stock levels and supplier availability.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace products without prior notice.

3. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are subject to stock availability and validity periods specified in the quotation.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, supplier pricing updates, transportation costs, or currency variations.
  • Any taxes, duties, or government-imposed charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • Orders become valid only after written confirmation from ChemiSphere.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying quantities, specifications, dimensions, and product suitability before confirming orders.
  • Once processed, orders may not be cancelled without our approval.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in the quotation, invoice, or purchase agreement.
  • ChemiSphere reserves the right to suspend deliveries or services for overdue accounts.
  • Any banking, transfer, or transaction charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery and Transportation

  • Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, supplier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers must ensure access to the delivery location and provide accurate site information.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of goods.

7. Product Inspection

Customers are required to inspect all products upon delivery.

Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

8. Technical Recommendations

ChemiSphere may provide technical guidance, product recommendations, application advice, consumption calculations, and equivalent material suggestions.

Such recommendations are provided based on information supplied by the customer and industry best practices. Final product suitability remains the responsibility of the customer, consultant, contractor, or project owner.

We recommend conducting site trials and obtaining consultant approvals before application.

9. Material Submittals and Documentation

We may provide:

  • Product Datasheets
  • Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
  • Technical Specifications
  • Compliance Documents
  • Product Certificates

The customer is responsible for obtaining final approvals from consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Returns may be accepted only with prior approval from ChemiSphere.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Special-order, customized, non-stock, or damaged products caused by improper handling are generally not eligible for return.

Restocking or handling charges may apply where applicable.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Product warranties are limited to those provided by the original manufacturer.

ChemiSphere does not provide additional warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or project performance beyond manufacturer specifications.

12. Limitation of Liability

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
